RETURNS

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase , we are unable to offer a refund .

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The labels must not be removed. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are non-returnable:

Products made to customer’s order.

Hygienic and intimate items such as face masks, underwear.

Gift cards.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Any item that is returned after 14 days of delivery

Sale of items

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once you return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Late or missing returns

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product to arrive from you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
