§1.Definitions.

1.1.The regulations define the terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services, including the use of the Store, rights, obligations and conditions of responsibility of the Seller and the Customer.

1.2.Each customer should read the Regulations.

1.3. General terms and conditions of sale apply to all offers of Aneta Majcher Atelier and Dressmaking workshop.

1.4. “Buyer” means any visitor to the website either a natural or legal person who is or will be in a contractual relationship with Aneta Majcher Atelier or Dressmaking services and who is not acting for purposes related to commercial, business, craft or professional activities.

1.5. The technical condition of using the Store is the Buyer’s computer or other devices possession and enabling browsing the Internet, Internet access and an active e-mail account.

1.6. By using the Aneta Majcher Atelier store or Dressmaking studio services, the buyer accepts the general terms of sale.

1.7. The buyer has the possibility of canceling a distance contract during the withdrawal period specified in the following regulations.

3.Offer.

3.1. All products offered in Aneta Majcher Atelier are made with the greatest care, according to the seller’s design.

3.2. All products presented in the offer are made in a limited number of pieces. The seller reserves the right to set the limit of the pieces of clothing made, depending on the number of orders.

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the offer if the availability of products is limited in time or subject to special conditions; then it will be clearly stated in the offer.

3.4. The seller reserves the right to extend the period of realization of the order if the specificity of the offer requires it.

3.5. The seller reserves the right to temporarily limit the availability of individual offers.

3.6. If the contract is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transmission of data, as well as provide a secure network environment. If the buyer will pay electronically, the entrepreneur will apply appropriate security measures.

3.7. The seller guarantees that every offer presented contains all information regarding the product, thanks to which the consumer is clear about the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer.

3.8. All products placed in the Aneta Majcher Atelier store are made on the basis of a standard size table, which is available on the store’s website.

§4. The right to back out of the contract.

4.1. The buyer may terminate the contract for the purchase of the product during the withdrawal period of 14 days, without giving a reason. Return should be sent to the company address: A.K.Majcher , Kuifeendstraat 1 2492 NK Den Haag. The seller may ask the buyer about the reason for the return, but this does not oblige the buyer to give a reason.

4.2. Several types of goods are non-returnable:

a) Products made to customer’s order.
b) Hygienic and intimate items such as face masks, underwear.
c) Gift cards.
d) Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
e) Any item that is returned after 14 days of delivery
f) Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items are non-returnable.

4.3. In the period in which the withdrawal from the contract occurs, the buyer is obliged to carefully handle the purchased product. Products bearing clear traces of use are non-returnable .

4.4. In the case of a return of the product, the buyer is obliged to return the product with all accessories supplied,tags must not be broken and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging, in accordance with the instructions provided by the seller.

4.5. The obligation to comply with the statutory return period (withdrawal from the contract) is the responsibility of the buyer and is 14 days from the date of delivery.

4.6. The buyer bears the direct cost of return, unless the seller has agreed otherwise.

4.7. The processing time for returns is up to 14 days from the date the return is registered, during which time the seller will refund all payments made by the buyer, including the delivery costs charged by the seller when purchasing the returned product

4.8. 4.7. If the buyer has opted for a more expensive or different delivery method than that specified by the seller, the seller will not reimburse the buyer for the more expensive or different delivery method.

4.9. The seller will refund the payment using the same payment method that the consumer used for payment, unless the buyer agrees to another method.

§5.Prices.

5.1. All prices listed in the offer are expressed in Euro and include BTW.

5.2. Services made under dressmaking workshop are priced individually, depending on the feature of the order.

§6. Delivery and execution of orders.

6.1. Depending on the country of dispatch, the seller deliver parcels via post or courier. The seller reserves the right to choose the delivery method.

6.2. The seller guarantees that both all orders and individual services will be carried out with the greatest care.

6.3. The seller guarantees delivery of the ordered product within the period specified in the offer, to the address which the buyer has indicated as the delivery address.

6.4. The seller reserves the right to extend the delivery time if the order is made at the individual request of the buyer and for reasons beyond the seller’s control it can not be completed within the time specified in the offer.

§7. Account and Newsletter.

7.1. Account registration on the Aneta Majcher Atelier website is free of charge and requires the buyer to complete a registration form containing the buyer’s personal data and submit a statement of acceptance of the Regulations, consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the contract and commercial information.

7.2. Logging in to the account consists in providing the buyer’s e-mail address and password set by the buyer. The password is confidential and should not be shared with anyone.

7.3. The electronic service Account is provided free of charge, for an unlimited period .

7.4. The customer may at any time resign from his account at Aneta Majcher Atelier by sending a relevant request to the seller by e-mail to an e-mail address or in writing to the seller’s address .

7.5.Using the Newsletter does not require the registration of the account by the buyer, but requires the provision of an email address and make statements regarding the acceptance of the Regulations, the processing of personal data and the transmission of commercial information.

7.6. The buyer may at any time resign from the Newsletter by sending a relevant request to the seller by e-mail to an e-mail address or in writing to the seller’s address.

7.7. Newsletter service is provided free of charge, for an unlimited period.

§8. Payment.

8.1. The buyer has the option to pay his order via the electronic payment system: iDeal, Pay Pal, Bank transfer or Credit card.

8.2. In the absence or delay of payment due to the fault of the buyer, the seller is entitled to terminate the sale agreement with immediate effect.

9. Complaints.

9.1. Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be reported to the seller immediately after the buyer has found the defects of the ordered product, however, within no more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

9.2. The response to the complaint lodged with the seller will be given within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the complaint requires a predictably longer processing time, the trader will respond within 14 days with notification of receipt and indication of when the buyer can expect a detailed response.

§10. Final decisions.

10.1.All offers and contracts are exclusively subject to The Netherlands law

11. PRIVACY.

11.1.The seller ensures that the personal data of buyers will not be made available to any unauthorized entities. Personal data of buyers can be transferred only to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including law enforcement authorities.
