§1. Definitions

• Terms and Conditions – rules for using the online store, rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

• Buyer – anyone visiting the store or using the services, not acting for commercial purposes.

• Using the store requires a computer or device with Internet access and an active email account.

• By using our services, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days (see §4).

§3. Offer

• Products are made with the highest care, following the Seller’s designs.

• Products are produced in limited quantities.

• The offer may change if product availability is limited.

• Production time for custom-made orders: approx. 15 business days.

• If many orders are placed at the same time, the production time may be extended – in this case, the customer will be informed about the new delivery date.

• Products are made according to the size chart available on the website.

§4. Returns and Withdrawal

• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

• Exceptions (non-returnable items):

  • Custom-made products

  • Hygiene and intimate items (e.g., underwear, masks)

  • Gift cards

  • Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts

  • Products returned after 14 days

  • Discounted products

• Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and (if possible) original packaging.

• Return costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

§5. Prices

• All prices are in euros and include BTW.

• Dressmaking services are individually priced depending on the order.

§6. Delivery

• Delivery is made by mail or courier, at the Seller’s discretion.

• Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.

• Custom-made orders: approx. 15 business days, delivery time may be extended if there are many orders.

§7. Account and Newsletter

• Creating an account is free, requires providing personal data and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

• Logging in requires email and password, which must be kept confidential.

• Account and newsletter services are free and unlimited in time.

• Account or newsletter cancellation is possible at any time via email or in writing.

§8. Payment

• Payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, bank transfer, credit card.

• Failure or delay in payment may result in termination of the contract.

§9. Complaints

• Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Response to complaints: 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer will be informed of the expected response date.

§10. Governing Law

• All offers and contracts are governed by Dutch law.

§11. Privacy

• Customer personal data will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

• Data may be disclosed only to entities authorized by law (e.g., law enforcement).
