§1. Definitions and General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, as well as the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

  2. The Buyer is any natural person using the online store for purposes not directly related to their commercial or professional activity.

  3. Using the online store requires access to the Internet and an active email account.

  4. By placing an order or using the store, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

  5. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in accordance with §4 of these Terms and Conditions.

§3. Offer and Products

  1. All products are made with the highest level of care and craftsmanship, according to the Seller’s original designs.

  2. Products are produced in limited quantities.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to modify the offer in case of limited availability of materials or products.

  4. The production time for custom-made products is approximately 15 business days.

  5. In case of a high volume of orders, the production time may be extended. The Buyer will be informed of the new estimated delivery date.

  6. Products are made according to the size chart available on the website.

§4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email or in writing.

  3. After submitting the withdrawal statement, the Buyer has 14 days to return the product.

4.1 Exceptions – the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

a) Custom-made or personalized products (made to order),
b) Hygiene and intimate products (e.g. underwear, masks) if the packaging has been opened,
c) Gift cards.

  1. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

  2. The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

  3. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4.2 Custom-made products

  1. Custom-made or personalized products are not subject to return or withdrawal from the contract.

  2. In case of failure to collect the shipment or refusal to accept the delivery, the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs of production and delivery.

§5. Prices

  1. All prices are expressed in euros and include BTW.

  2. Prices for dressmaking services are determined individually, depending on the scope of the order.

§6. Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out by postal service or courier, at the Seller’s discretion.

  2. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.

  3. The production time for custom-made orders is approximately 15 business days. Delivery time may be extended in case of a high volume of orders.

§7. Account and Newsletter

  1. Creating an account in the store is free of charge and requires providing personal data and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Logging into the account requires an email address and password, which the Buyer is obliged to keep confidential.

  3. Account and newsletter services are provided free of charge for an indefinite period.

  4. The Buyer may cancel the account or newsletter subscription at any time by sending an email or written request.

§8. Payments

  1. Available payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, bank transfer, Credit / Debit Cards,  Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  2. Failure to make payment or delays in payment may result in cancellation of the order.

§9. Complaints and Liability for Defects

  1. In case of defects in the product, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable Dutch law.

  2. Complaints should be submitted by email, describing the defect and attaching photos if possible.

  3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

§10. Governing Law

All contracts concluded through the online store are governed by Dutch law.

§11. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

  2. Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

  3. Data may be disclosed only to entities authorized by law.
